A store credit voucher will be emailed to you, which you can apply to your next online purchase. If we do not receive any specific instructions, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

  2. Ensure that all packaging and labels are intact, and the garments have not been worn or washed.

  3. To ensure peace of mind, we highly recommend registering your return parcel. Please note that Google Online Shopping cannot be held responsible for any loss or non-delivery of return goods.

Q: What should I do if I have lost my invoice? A: Simply visit and sign in to your account. You will be directed to your account history, displaying all your purchases. Please print the purchase invoice for the return goods and include it in the parcel along with any instructions.
